Susan did a great job
overseeing everything. WBA membership attendance was a bit lower this year, but we were able to spend
quality time with our visitors and enjoyed ourselves in the process.
About 19 gallons of honey was extracted and bottled for the park. Much of it quickly going out the door in the hands of park visitors who were fascinated to observe the process. Some even got a bit of hands-on experience. Proceeds from the honey sales will go toward maintaining healthy bee colonies for the park, both on-site and off -site.
